Ministry of Transport Republic of Uzbekistan reports that passenger traffic at Tashkent International Airport increased by 42%. This growth occurred in January-April, 2023.

1291.9 thousand passengers were served on domestic flights (+337.7 thousand people, 135.4%). 631.5 thousand passengers were transported on international flights, which is 57% more than 2022.

Cargo turnover from January to April 2023 increased by 119%, and amounted to 2.95 thousand tons compared to the same period in 2022.
