Functions and obligations of the Lead of Ministry

The main job responsibilities and functions of the hardware manager include:

close, medium and long-term strategy for the development of the transport sector, the main conceptual directions, as well as complex measures aimed at improving the culture and quality of transport services, ensure the participation of system enterprises in the development of projects of socio-economic development programs of the republic within their competence;

supervises the development of proposals for improving the system of implementation of state transport policy, directions of Public Administration, regulation and control in the transport sector;

provides the transport industry with the appropriate task for the formation of proposals for the development of relevant regulatory legal acts;

supervises the execution of decisions, decrees, ministerial orders and assignments of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the central apparatus, territorial departments and departmental organizations of the ministry;

strategy for the joint development of all types of transport on the basis of integration into the unified transport network of the Republic of Uzbekistan

information and analytical on the issues of development of programs

and controls forecasting activities;

makes proposals to the minister for the development of forecast indicators of short and long-term socio-economic development in the transport sector;

it monitors the determination of forecast indicators in all areas of transport, data analysis and the development of proposals in cooperation with the relevant departments;

organizes the development of long-term concepts, which include all issues related to ensuring a consistent and systematic solution of tasks in the field of transport and Road economy development;

together with the structural divisions of the ministry, it coordinates the issues of strategy, programs and development of “road maps”for the development of all types of transport;

organizes the development of regulatory legal acts on the regulation and complex development of the transport and Road economy system;

organizes the development of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts on issues within the competence of the ministry;

considers projects of regulatory legal acts, programs and other documents introduced by ministries and departments on transport, makes relevant proposals to the management.

Tasks and functions of the digitalization department

The following are the main functions of the digitalization department:

the creation of Information Systems, portals and platforms, as well as their mobile applications, in the way of digitizing the process of collecting, storing and processing data of the traditional form in the field of transport and Road economy;

implementation of advanced information technologies for digitization of the entire transport system, transportation system of the Republic of Uzbekistan

development and implementation of strategies for the promising development of a unified interconnected system;

implementation of a unified information and communication policy in the field of transport and Road economy, development of a strategy for the transition of transport and Road economy enterprises to the digital economy;

coordination of work with relevant ministries and departments on issues of introduction of information and communication technologies in the field of transport and Road economy;

introduction and development of modern Information Communication Technologies in the ministry, collection, storage of data in the traditional form

and to develop a plan of measures for digitizing the process of processing them;

conduct information and cyber security policy in the structural divisions of the central apparatus of the ministry and its territorial departments;

coordination of the plan of measures for information security in departmental organizations of the ministry;

maintaining an information security policy when using modern information technologies in the Ministry, ensuring strict compliance with it;

Organization of the formation and development of infrastructure, ensuring the interaction of Information Systems and resources on information technology, ensuring the creation of databases;

provision of regulatory legal, technological and information and analytical information on the processes of effective use and development of information technologies in the territorial departments and departmental organizations of the ministry;

improving the official website of the ministry and ensuring continuous active operation;

continuous enrichment of the content of the official website of the ministry;

It performs the following basic functions in accordance with the tasks assigned to the administration:

ensuring the implementation of the accepted tasks for the introduction of information resources, databases, information systems and interactive public services to all sectors of Public Administration, economy;

preparation and submission to the management of proposals on the use of modern information technologies, software products and data processors, communication and data transmission and ensuring information security, their development in organizations and enterprises of the Ministry system;

development of proposals for the implementation and development of Information Communication Technology Systems for automation of production processes in the cost estimates of the ministry, the introduction of separate points for ensuring information security and improving staff skills;

development of Information Communication Technologies in the ministry

and to develop plans for ensuring information security, submit for approval in the established order and ensure the implementation;

corporate network of the Ministry, information and communication technology and telecommunication networks, software tools, data sharing

and development and implementation of projects for the creation of storage systems;

implementation of propaganda work on issues in the field of its activities;
