Minister of Transport Ilkhom Makhkamov met with Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea Hee Ryong Won. During the meeting, the ministers discussed the development of cooperation in the field of transport, where the positive dynamics of relations in the field of civil aviation was noted. The ministers of the two countries agreed to continue expanding the geography of flights between the two countries.

And also, as part of his visit, Ilkhom Makhkamov visited the control center of high-speed trunk roads of the Korean Corporation of Highways. To date, this center manages and controls the main highways (about 5000 km) Korea around the clock. Following the visit to the center, the parties discussed the possibility of introducing a similar system in the capital of Uzbekistan in the field of public transport.
