In order to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set out in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-59 "On measures to reform the public transport system", the best practices of foreign countries are being studied.

In particular, the head of the Transport Department of the Khorezm region, R. Babayev, during a working trip to the People's Republic of China with the participation of entrepreneurs engaged in passenger transportation, got acquainted with the activities of the center providing public transport services in the city of Liaochang. The conditions in which the dispatching service of the bus garage and the maintenance of buses were organized were studied.

Also during the visit with the engine manufacturer “Weichai Power Co., Ltd", an agreement was reached on cooperation in providing regular services to 100 new buses that will be delivered to the Khorazm region.
