On July 31, 2023, the Ministry of Transport held a business meeting with representatives of the Arsenale Group.

Representatives of the Arsenale Group propose to launch luxury trains on the Tashkent – Samarkand - Bukhara – Khiva – Tashkent route in Uzbekistan. The passenger trains will be divided into superior and luxury class carriages (including a Honor suite), with a total of 33 cabins per train, and a total capacity of 66 passengers.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue negotiations on this proposal.
