On August 15-16, 2023 the 10th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Bilateral Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan will be held in the city of Cholpon-Ata of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In this regard, a government delegation of Uzbekistan headed by Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov arrived in Kyrgyzstan today. The delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan was received by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadir Japarov.

It was noted at the meeting that special attention should be paid to ensuring the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level, further expansion of multilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, primarily in the field of trade, economic, investment, energy, transport, water and agriculture, as well as interregional cooperation.
