Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC, together with the Railway Administration of Pakistan and Afghanistan, is conducting the final stage of negotiations on the construction of the Trans-Afghan railroad line. During the ongoing negotiations, the delegations discuss various aspects of the project, including mechanisms for attracting financing, construction, technical details and deadlines for implementation.

The railway line will link Termez in Uzbekistan with Afghanistan’s northern city of Mazar-i-Sharif, capital Kabul and Peshawar, the capital of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
