Heads of departments and departments operating in the ministry and its system organizations, as well as about fifty employees of regional departments and system organizations participated in the event through videoconference.
At the campaign event, the priorities of civil service reform, the development of the law, the main principles of civil service, the rights and obligations of civil servants were discussed.
This document regulates all relations related to the activities of more than 118,000 state civil servants in state bodies and organizations performing the functions of executive power in Uzbekistan on the basis of uniform rules.
Akmal Rakhmanov, Chief Inspector of the Prospective Personnel Selection Department of the State Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Candidate of Legal Sciences, and Sarvar Umaraliyev, Chief Inspector of the Personnel Coordination Department of the Department of Personnel Administration, participated in the event. provided detailed information on the status, legal and social protection of the state civil service employees, as well as their obligations.
As experts have mentioned, state civil service is a paid professional activity that involves the implementation of the powers of state bodies. At the event, explanations were also given on the issues of entering the state civil service, selection processes, providing medical services to employees, applying disciplinary punishment procedures, and creating a national personnel reserve.
Also, at the event, information was provided on retraining, professional development and independent education in order to acquire the knowledge, skills and qualifications necessary for the effective functioning of the civil servant.
