Uzbekistan Airports JSC together with the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan represented by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Economy and Finance informs that the Request for Qualification (RfQ) stage of the tender announced on August 1, 2024 for the public-private partnership (‘PPP’) project for the modernisation and management of Urgench International Airport has been completed.

After a thorough review of all submitted bids, the Interagency Tender Commission approved the bidders who passed the RfQ stage.

8 companies took part in this stage, of which 5 passed to the next stage – the Request for Proposals (RfP), on which the winner will be selected.
