Today, the International Conference of Transport Ministers of Landlocked Countries on "Ashkhabad Process: To Strengthen Interdependence" started its work in the national tourist zone of Turkmenistan "Avaza".

Delegations of more than 30 countries, heads of international and specialized organizations, representatives of international financial institutions, banks are participating in the event, which is being held under the auspices of the United Nations, on the initiative of Turkmenistan.

The delegation led by the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilhom Mahkamov is participating in this conference.

At the conference, practical aspects of implementing the recommendations developed by the UN and strengthening interdependence in the region will be discussed, and new proposals will be developed.
